Rakels Gluten Free was born from a desire to share my passion for gluten free baking.

Do you remember all those treats that you mourned after a diagnosis that meant no gluten for life? Do you have a loved one who has to go without, or bring their own treats along for fear of cross-contamination? Being diagnosed with Celiac, I went through this process. I understand the limited choices that people with Celiac and Gluten Intolerance are faced with for special occasions and everyday moments. I know the true meaning of living a gluten free lifestyle. This inspired me to create amazing bakes that make people smile.
